Maurice - California "I am a property manager and owner of a four story 28,000 square foot office building here in California. After having the DCS Energy 3 Phase Miser installed, we received our first electric bill. Our April 2007 bill was $1,780 and our April bill from the previous year was $2,730. We saved $950, which already paid for the unit not to mention the tax credit of 60 cents per square foot we will use toward our 2007 taxes. John - California "As an electrical engineer, I must admit I was very skeptical about your product but with the risk-free guarantee and tax credit, I thought I would give it a try. I had a few friends over when we installed the unit. We turned on the air conditioner. Using an ampmeter I was able to see the air conditioner without the Miser use 91 amps at the start up and use 13 amps of continual load. When the Miser was turned on the air conditioner used 35 amps at startup and 8.75 amps continual load. This is a 38% reduction in electric use, I'm a believer now."
