• Be in the Fitchburg G & E (Unitil), MA Electric (National Grid, Nanntucket Electric (National Grid), NSTAR or Western MA Electric utility districts.
• Southfacing roof or ground area with no shading or obstructions 9am-4pm
• Energy Audit performed in last three years or house was built since 1999
• Active Credit card in good standing to have monthly electric bill charged
• Add value and lost revenue of PV system to homeowners insurance
• If PV array is to be on your roof, have a newer roof less than 10 years old (only composition, no tile, slate or wood shingled roofs)

RI Client requirements-
